We would be delighted to have you and a guest join us for our first ever UN House Scotland Charity Dinner! We are the world's first civil society (i.e. non-diplomatic) UN House and are working in new ways to engage everyone in Scotland with the values of the United Nations. We are a non-profit charity and our work can only continue with the kindness of donors and givers. The Caledonian Hotel has been generous enough to host us for the evening, and our team of young and dedicated volunteers will be in attendance on the night to tell you more about the work they do.

 

We try to give life-changing educational opportunities to as many people in Scotland as possible, inspiring them to work for a safer, fairer world. For example, chances to collaborate with ICAN (2017 Nobel Peace Prize winners) on the Treaty to Prohibit Nuclear Weapons, a bring-and-share lunch to contribute to the Good Food Nation Bill, seminars on the current crises in the Middle East, and Model United Nations programmes in primary schools and prisons.  

 

The night will serve as a wonderful opportunity to network and socialise with guests from across Scotland, the UK, and global network. Your presence on the night will make a dramatic difference to the amount of work we are able to achieve.
