UN House Scotland presented an opportunity to explore the impact of the 2015 Paris Climate Change Conference. COP21 ushered in the first ever universal climate agreement.
On Earth Day 2016 (March 19th) we discussed current climate issues from a national and international perspectives.
The afternoon consisted of two panels discussing International Issues and the Scottish response. The event allowed the audience to engage with international climate experts through periodic Question and Answer sessions.

International Perspective, First Session- Tom Ballantine - Stop Climate Chaos Scotland Navraj Singh Ghaleigh - Senior Lecturer in Climate Law, Edinburgh Law School Dr Peter Dauenhauer - Research Associate from the University of Strathclyde. Specialising in the use of Renewable Technology in Developing Countries, Peter works with the UN in implementing training world wide for using renewable energy systems. Tessa Tennant - President, The Ice Organisation and Non-Executive Director, UK Green Bank
